5. Cancellation and rescheduling: The user must provide a minimum notice period of 24 hours for appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit made.

9. Confidentiality: The user agrees to keep any confidential or proprietary information obtained from the company during the service confidential and not disclose it to any third party without the company’s written consent.
